The 2025 Board of Managers selected its new roles and added a member at the recent meeting.
The head of this year’s nine-member Board of Managers is President Ross Petrick. Petrick is the General Manager and CEO of Alliance Communications in Garretson and previously served as Vice President on the board.
Tracy Bandemer, General Manager and CEO of Interstate Telecommunications Cooperative (ITC) in Clear Lake, was elected Vice President after previously serving as Secretary/Treasurer on the board.
Chad Mutziger, General Manager and CEO of Midstate Communications in Kimball, joined the 2025 executive team as Secretary/Treasurer.
The board also welcomed Nick Rogness, General Manager and CEO of Golden West Telecommunications in Wall, replacing Denny Law, who retired as General Manager and CEO of Golden West Telecommunications and former President of SDN Communications Board of Managers.
The Board of Managers oversee SDN Communications, which is owned by 17 rural broadband companies serving more than 90% of South Dakota’s geography.
