For all the technical tools available from SDN Communications, ultimately the level of service success boils down to people - who we hire. We have a great workforce at SDN. Today, we are a proud to announce that former Sioux Falls Business Journal editor Rob Swenson joins our ranks.
How can Rob improve SDN's broadband service delivery? Well, think of him as an online teacher. His chalk board will be here in the form of blog posts. For more than 30 years Rob has been writing about complex political and business stories for The Brookings Register, Argus Leader and the Sioux Falls Business Journal.
As a former reporter myself, I competed with Rob. His unassuming manner masks his drive to get a story first and to explain it better than anyone in the business. He will use his same unique voice here, guiding all of us in our understanding of ever-changing broadband solutions.
He starts tomorrow. After interviewing a number of SDN executives, Rob will kick it off with a post about SDN's vision for growth. I know you're going to enjoy reading Rob's writing again.

P.S. Rob and I have a parallel history. As a farm boy living between Arlington and Lake Preston, I grew up frequenting his family's Lake Preston pharmacy. My dad, a voracious newspaper reader, would point out Rob's bylines as an example of a Kingsbury County kid done good. I'm sure Rob's work influenced my decision to become a journalist. I'm honored to have him on board here.
